Q: What is the reservation process?
A: Simply click the blue "Book Now " icon, input your check-in date and check-out dates, select your property, and then select your room. The next direct correspondence you will receive from our reservation desk will be your welcome email with your check-in instructions. A second email will follow several days prior to your arrival with your DOCUSIGN guest statement with your room number in the upper right hand corner and lodging charges. As guests take comfort in their neighbors having been reviewed, there will be an incidental brief background check charge for up to three adults. Reference our website posted screening criteria for more information. Photo ID and credit used to book will be required upon your arrival.
Q: I recently moved to Spokane and I am looking for a house to buy. Is your townhome or apartment community comfortable enough for a long-term stay?
A: Yes, we are centrally located, safe, and comfortable. Many of our guests stay with us who are either building their new home or are looking for their perfect lake front home in beautiful Spokane. Our spacious bedrooms give privacy, our well-appointed kitchens and kitchenettes with refrigerator, stove top, and microwave, gives you the freedom to create their your culinary meals, and our court yard and parking areas are peaceful and well-lit. Our high speed internet works great, our cable TV is premium, and we have personal and free laundry rooms for your use. Our two bedroom apartments have laundry facilities in each unit.
Q: I am a traveling medical provider, how close are you to the major hospitals?
A: We are a 1/2 mile from Providence Holy Family Hospital and no more than 4 miles from the Veterans Hospital, The Shriners Hospital for Children, Deaconess Medical Center, Seattle Children's Hospital, and Sacred Heart Medical Center. Our furnished two bedroom apartments are closer to the downtown corridor and to the major hospitals.
Q: Do you have 2 bedroom townhomes?
A: Yes we do. They are called Maple Leaf Manor Furnished Apartments. They are located at 1702 W. Dean Ave across the picturesque Spokane River from downtown, about 4 miles from our Turning Leaf Furnished Townhomes property, and near the multi-million dollar Kendal Yards development with fine restaurants and business park. Our furnished Townhome community have spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath townhomes.
Q: I am here for company training and temporary assignment. Once my training is complete, I may be here one week or several months. Is there a limit to how long I may stay?
A: There is no limit to how long a guest stays. We have many engineers and project coordinators who's temporary job turns into a longer-term assignment. As long as you keep our manager abreast of your plans, we can extend your stay as long as you need.
Q: Does your 1 bedroom townhomes have sofa sleepers?
A: Yes, all our 1 bedroom townhomes feature an upstairs loft bedroom with one queen bed and a sofa sleeper which fold out to a full size bed downstairs. Some of our 2 bedroom furnished apartments also have sofa sleepers. Rollaway bed are available as well for an additional nightly charge.
Q: Can I view one of your townhomes?
A: Yes, our community manager would love to showcase one of our furnished townhomes for you during normal hours 7 days a week. Please call to make an appointment after hours.
Q: What is the square footage of your furnished lodging?
A: Our 1 bedroom furnished townhomes, located at 20 E. Pine Ridge Ct, have 525 comfortable square feet and our two bedroom furnished apartments located, at 1702 W. Dean Ave, have over 735 well-appointed square feet. Our 1 bedrooms can accommodate up to 4 residents (2 will use the sofa sleeper or roll away bed) and our 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 5 residents. They are both fabulous communities with ample room to stretch and move around.
Q: Is there parking provided at both your properties?
A: Yes! Parking is free, ample, well-lit, and accessible. At our Turning Leaf Townhome property at 20 E. Pine Ridge Ct, we have parking available for larger vehicles with trailers as well. Our Maple Leaf Manor 2 bedroom furnished apartments have automobile spaces available.
Q: Is there air conditioning at your properties?
A: Yes!...and it is cold which is nice on those hot summer days. Nothing like spending the day at one of our nearby parks and coming home to cool A/C.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Yes, we Woooff and Purrr...we love most pets with a pet rental fee. We have pet areas and two parks within walking distance.
Q: Why is SpokaneCorporateHousing.com safer than a hotel?
A: Prior to booking a townhome or apartment, we conduct a brief background check on all our residents. We also have 24-hour recorded video surveillance and a well-lit parking lots. Our residents are typically industry professionals or medical providers who are quiet neighbors.
Q: Regarding housekeeping, does my townhome come with towels, linens, and extra bedding? Should I bring extra with me?
A: Each townhome has linens on the bed and towels in the bathroom...enough for the maximum room occupancy. However, you may want to bring along your favorite knitted afghan or pillow. There is also a personal washer and dryer, which only you have a key, for your use. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days for our nightly guests and a-la-carte for our monthly residents.
Q: Is there internet in my Townhome/Apartment?
A: Yes, throughout the property and every room is equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet and WIFI internet. We cannot guarantee internet service due to weather, maintenance, outages by the internet provider, etc. WIFI password is located within your welcome email. No password is needed for our high-speed fiber optic internet - just your own CAT-5 cable. WIFI is always available and convenient without a cable.
Q: Is smoking allowed.
A: Absolutely not. We are smoke-free properties and smoking is prohibited on the rented premises and heavy fines will apply according to the terms and conditions within the guest statement. One exception: South side of property at the smoking urn.
Q: Do you offer maid service?
A: Most certainly, every three nights. For our monthly residents, we will provide housing keeping for a small fee. Housekeeping is free every three days for our nightly residents.
Q: How old do I need to be to reserve a home?
A: Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a property, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
Q: When do I need to pay for my reservation?
A: Full payment is made at check-in. Please email us 24 hours prior to check-in to cancel to avoid a charge. Monthly guests pay a prorated amount up to the end of the month and then pay rent the 1st of each month thereafter. Please ensure you electronically sign your emailed reservation or we will not be able to guarantee you a unit.
Q: Is it possible to receive mail at my Townhome or Apartment?
A: Yes! Each Townhome/Apartment has its own dedicated post office box onsite in which you may receive mail. Simply complete the postmaster form inside your mail box. We will give you your mailbox key.
Q: How do I obtain my keys?
A: All our properties operate with a code emailed to your shortly before your arrival. You may also go to our office located near the flag pole at 20 E. Pine Ridge Ct to check-in.
Q: I may have to check in after normal office hours. Will this be an issue?
A: Many of our guests check in all hours of the day and night. A few days prior to your check in, we will email you your guest statement with your lock box code and townhome number. Once you receive your guest statement, you can check in anytime. Remember, if you book your townhome the same day you check in, please call our office for your code as you may not receive your email in time.
Q: What if we have a maintenance emergency during our stay?
A: Call us immediately (509.822.7584 or 509.999.5694). We have onsite managers and maintenance staff on call 24/7 to resolve these matters as quickly as possible.
Q: How do we check out?
A: Simply give us a 10-day notice prior to the date you will vacate via email(for monthly guests). Nightly guests can simply vacate prior to check out time.
Q: What if I pay for the whole month but vacate on the 15th?
A: We simply refund any unused rent to you, provided you have stayed at least 30 days already.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We understand plans change, cancelling is easy! Residents can cancel free of charge until 24 hours before their check in. The resident will be charged the first night if they cancel within 24 hours before check-in. Important: if you booked your townhome via an online travel agent, OTA, like Booking.com, you must cancel the reservation through the OTA. We cannot cancel your reservation because it is not our booking.
