​​Terms and Conditions:  Classyproperties.com dba Spokane Corporate Housing (Owner/Agent) agrees to postpone Resident's rental payment for ninety days (90) from the date of resident check-in while resident's home is actively listed for sale on the realtor multiple listing service.  Resident agrees to place on real estate closing statement final 90 day rental payment of $2,990/month plus incidentals for a 1 bedroom townhome or apt.  Resident authorizes Owner/Agent to record a deed of trust position on the Resident's listed property for sale in the amount of the furnished apartment invoice.    Resident's home must have adequate equity to qualify and resident must perform all maintenance recommend by realtor.  Home must be listed by a qualified realtor and be listed at realtor's recommend price.  If resident's home does not close within the 90 day period, resident authorizes Owner/Agent to charge their credit card on file in accordance with their credit card agreement.  Resident agrees if existing home's listing become inactive, all rent and fees are due and payable immediately.  By electronically submitting this application, Resident agrees to these terms and conditions noted on the CONTACT US page.  Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into the Spokane Corporate Housing Home Selling System as a title report will be pulled to determine the marketability of listed.
